Here are 3 things to do to help your voice each day:
- When you are in the shower,hum gently to warm up your speaking voice – its a natural normal way to gently wake up your voice.
- Remember to take time to breathe in and out and let out “old air” stuck in your lungs.
- If you use your voice a lot – drink plenty of water to keep your vocal folds well lubricated.
